2. In the Choose a Scan Type drawer, select Secure Baseline Scan.
3. There are two options for scheduling a Secure Baseline scan. One option is Probe-Based Scan. Use one agent as a probe to scan other target machines remotely.
4. Click Schedule.
5. To access other machines remotely, enable Credentials.
6. Enter credentials for an account that has administrative rights on the target systems.
7. Username Enter the account name. In a domain environment, enter only the username. Do not include the domain in this field.
8. Password Enter the password for that account.
9. Domain This field is optional. If the targets are domain-joined, enter the NetBIOS domain name. If the targets are in a workgroup or use a local account, leave this field blank.
10. Select the probe agent that will be used to scan other targets remotely.
11. Click Next.
12. Select the target machines for the probe-based scan.
13. The other option is Self-Scan All Targets with Agents. Use this option to create a group scan of all targets with agents installed. Each agent scans its own machine simultaneously.
14. Choose the target machines.
15. Click Schedule to confirm your scan selections and proceed.
16. Enter a unique scan name.
17. Choose whether to run the scan now or set a recurring schedule.
18. Set the Offline Delay. Offline Delay is the amount of time the scan waits to maximize the chance that offline targets come online and can be scanned.
19. If you want a user to receive an email notification when the scan completes, enable Notify and select the user who should receive the notification.
