How to Create a new Client Instance

Interactive Guide: Create a New Instance

Note: For new clients, deploy "Instances". In the case of where you have multiple offices where you want to split up clients, or more complex clients with multiple locations, you can create an "Organization", which acts as a folder for all instances that are part of it.

1. From the Instances dashboard in MSP, click the Deploy button to start setting up a new instance for your organization.

2. Select Instance from the dropdown.

3. Enter the Instance Name. This is the official name of the instance.

4. Complete the address fields.

5. For Instance Type, select either Managed or Consulting, depending on how this customer will be supported.

6. Choose the Assigned Tech. This is the user responsible for this instance.

7. Select the Assigned Organization so the instance is associated with the correct customer account.

8. Pick the relevant Industry for the instance.

9. Click Add Instance to finalize setup and deploy this new instance.

10. Once the instance has finished provisioning and the blue provisioning icon disappears, click the Go to Instance button to log directly into the instance from MSP.
