Instances Not Visible After Login

In some cases, users may successfully log in but not see expected instances in the portal.


Cause

This behavior is typically caused by cached session data in the browser.


Resolution

  • Refresh the browser session to clear cached data

  • Log out and log back in if necessary

If instances remain unavailable, verify that your user account has access to the expected instances.


When to Contact Support

Contact Cyrisma Support if:

  • Instances remain unavailable after refreshing

  • Access was recently changed and does not reflect in the portal
