Account Access and Login Issues

This article explains common reasons users may be unable to log in to the Cyrisma platform and how to resolve them.


Account Locked

Accounts may be temporarily locked due to:

  • Multiple failed login attempts

  • Administrative action

In most cases, lockouts caused by failed attempts automatically clear after a lockout period. If access is not restored, contact support.


“Access Denied” or Blocked Login Page

In some cases, users may see an Access Denied error or be blocked when attempting to access the Cyrisma portal.

Cause

  • Tracking parameters appended to the login URL

  • These parameters may be flagged by the web application firewall protecting the portal

Resolution

  • Access the portal using the direct URL:
    https://msp.cyrisma.com

  • Avoid URLs containing additional characters or tracking strings

This behavior does not indicate account compromise.


MSP Link Blocked from Cyrisma Website

Accessing the MSP login page from external links may occasionally fail due to tracking parameters added by third-party analytics tools.

Resolution

  • Bookmark and use the direct MSP login URL
    https://msp.cyrisma.com


When to Contact Support

Contact Cyrisma Support if:

  • Account remains locked after the lockout period

  • Access is still blocked using the direct login URL
